Home Equity Line-Of-Credit
You may be eligible for a home equity line-of-credit of up to 90% of the appraised value of your home (minus any outstanding mortgage balance that you owe). Give one of our loan officers a call and let us explain how a home equity line-of-credit can work for you.
Home Mortgages
TVACU home mortgage loan - up to 30-year terms, we offer adjustable rate mortgages with rate caps and reasonable interest rates. Refinance or purchase loans are available on owner occupied properties. There are no prepayment penalties and no minimum down payment on qualifying loans.

Members may apply for loans in any TVACU office, over the telephone or by mail. Once your credit is established with the Credit Union, a loan application can usually be approved quickly.
